Online Help Centre and Chatbot

Not sure about how something works? Want to delve deeper? Our Help Centre has topic areas you can browse to discover answers on everything – the shopping experience, the story of Coles, how to apply for a job.

When you’re logged in to shop, our Chatbot can give you pointers and assistance at any point during your browsing and shopping. During business hours, the Chatbot can direct some enquiries to a Customer Care team member.

We’ll ask the right questions to get your matter understood and resolved fast. In most cases we’ll reply within the day and always within 2 days.

Phone the Call Centre

Call us for any reason – for your Coles online experience, any in-store matters, or if you've discovered a Coles trolley has strayed into your neighbourhood. Our locally-based team will always be trying to ensure you're not waiting long in a queue and your matter is dealt with quickly.

For shopping online

Our online Customer Care team is available Monday to Friday 6am to 1am, Saturday and Sunday 7am to 10pm. All times AEST.

We're closed Good Friday and Christmas Day, and on Anzac Day until 1pm (AEST).

For shopping in-store

Our in-store Customer Care team is available Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 4.30pm. All times AEST.

For abandoned trolleys

Discovered a trolley where it shouldn't be? Abandoned trolleys can be reported 24/7. They'll be collected by our team on their next scheduled street run.
