Can I modify my order?

How you modify your order depends on how you nominated to get it. You must ensure you submit your order modification for the changes to go through. You'll then be charged for pre-authorisation but the payment will only go through once your order is finalised.

1. Orders for delivery and Click&Collect

You can cancel or make any changes to previously submitted orders, including the delivery day or time, right up until your order cut-off time, without incurring any cancellation fees.

Step 1. Log in to your account (if you're not already logged in)

Step 2. Go to orders and it will open all your active orders

Step 3. Find the order you want to make changes to and select 'modify order'

Step 4. Add or remove items in your trolley

Step 5. Once you've made the changes, go through the checkout again. This will update the amount we'll charge to your account.

Timing your order modification

You'll have 2 hours from the time of modification to check out. If you don't check out again within 2 hours, your order will be cancelled.

In some cases, prices may have changed

Please be aware that the pricing of items may change. For example, items that were on special may change in price if they are no longer on special at the time you modify and check out your order.

2. Click&Collect Rapid orders

Due to the fast nature of the Click&Collect Rapid service, you can't modify or cancel a Click&Collect Rapid order at any time after placing the order or you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
