In April 2015, Coles launched the $50 million Nurture Fund to help small to medium-sized businesses to innovate and grow.

We proudly support many community and charity partners to help Australians lead healthier and happier lives. Together with our customers, team members and suppliers, Coles provided more than $142 million in support to the community in the 2022 financial year.
Disaster relief
At Coles we want to support communities facing natural disasters such as floods, fires and cyclones. When disaster strikes, we come together with our customers to provide support relief efforts such as donating stock and contributing to fundraising campaigns.

Coles is making shopping easier for our customers. We're modifying our stores so they're more accessible and inclusive, improving digital accessibility on our website, and offering a number of programs and services that make it easier for everyone to shop with Coles both in store and online.
