We're so pleased you're here. You're among the first of our customers to see our new site and start exploring its features.
We've made some great functionality improvements so you may find that not everything you’re used to is as it was. Here are some key things to look out for.
Sort by unit price
Want to browse by lowest price to highest price? The sort by unit price option organises products based on price per kilogram or litre measurement, and then ranks them from lowest to highest price.
Bought Before filtering
You can now filter and sort products you've bought before based on special, category, brand, dietary requirement and a range of other options so you can complete your shopping more easily.
Clearer navigation
Now when you arrive, you'll get prompts and see the menus you need to get into your shop. Jump straight to all product categories, scroll through your Bought Before and easily see offers and promotions – including half-price specials .
Easier slot selection
The first time you're here, we'll ask you to select your preferred shopping method – Home Delivery or Click&Collect . We'll remember your preference next time and then it's just a couple of clicks for you to select a slot that suits you.
Faster checkout
Our cleaner-look checkout lets you move quickly and easily toward getting your preferences confirmed and your order placed. And we'll remember those preferences, so each time you shop, checkout is smoother and faster.
Recipes – get inspired
Looking for meal ideas? You can browse recipes, tips and ideas for your next shop. Watch this space – soon you’ll be able to add ingredients to your trolley direct from the recipes.
Catalogue at your fingertips
Want to have a flip-through, to see all of what’s on special this week, and what’s been Dropped&Locked? Take a look – and log in to add items from the catalogue straight to your trolley.

You can search for your favourite products and complete your online shop through our site. However, there are some features that we'll be delivering in January 2023, including:
- Paying with Flypay. Until that's here, log in to this area. You'll be able to shop and checkout using Flypay.
Some things won’t change
Some things will stay the same, so you'll still be able to:

Change and cancel your orders

Add or change a payment method

Create and manage your own shopping lists

Indicate which items in your trolley can be substituted, if your preferred item is no longer available when your order is packed

Update your default bagging preference

Edit your saved locations and addresses

Update your marketing preferences
What’s not affected
- Flybuys. If you’ve got Flybuys linked to your online account, you’ll continue to collect points as normal. If you haven't yet linked your Flybuys, you can do that anytime in your account area .
- Business customers. You can shop as normal at business.coles.com.au .
- App browsing and shopping. Our app is unaffected by the website changes.
